MiR MC250

The MC250 combines MiR’s AMR platform with Universal Robots’ collaborative robot arms.

Seamlessly connected through a flexible, modular platform by Enabled Robotics, this system adapts to various workflows.  The cobot arm’s size and mounted grippers can be adjusted for different payloads and tasks.

Known for ease of use, the MC250, features an intuitive all-in-one interface for efficient programming of both the AMR and cobot arm, enhancing operational efficiency.

  • Integrated vision system

  • Status light indication system for complete robot

  • Integrated safety/E-stop system for complete robot

  • Fixing plate with M6 threads for attaching accessories

  • Modular and flexible:  easy to adapt to your application

The combination of a collaborative arm and an autonomous robot allows you to automate numerous applications:

  • Pick & Place – ideal for workflows requiring parts to be moved from one place to another regularly, the MC250 is easy to set up and quickly adjusts to new tasks.  Visual calibration markers ensure millimeter precision on every pick.

  • Machine Tending – the MC250 can work alongside and communicate with your employees and machines.  Easily have the robot pick a part from a rack, go to the machine, place the part in the machine, take it out and repeat.

  • Inspection & Documentation – the stability of the MC250 makes it ideal for inspection, documentation, and quality control.  The log of the software collects all data from the robot.

  • Lineside Delivery – ensure a steady workflow on a production line through continuous replenishment of parts and components.  The MC250 communicates with your ERP, WMS or other systems to call the robot whenever a box is empty and needs replenishing or full requiring pick up.
