The combination of a collaborative arm and an autonomous robot allows you to automate numerous applications:

  • Pick & Place – ideal for workflows requiring parts to be moved from one place to another regularly, the Mobile Cobot is easy to set up and quickly adjusts to new tasks.  Visual calibration markers ensure millimeter precision on every pick.

  • Machine Tending – the Mobile Cobot can work alongside and communicate with your employees and machines.  Easily have the robot pick a part from a rack, go to the machine, place the part in the machine, take it out and repeat.

  • Inspection & Documentation – the stability of the Mobile Cobot makes it ideal for inspection, documentation, and quality control.  The log of the software collects all data from the robot.

  • Lineside Delivery – ensure a steady workflow on a production line through continuous replenishment of parts and components.  The Mobile Cobot communicates with your ERP, WMS or other systems to call the robot whenever a box is empty and needs replenishing or full requiring pick up.
