The RG62-FT gripper features built-in a force/torque and proximity sensors for very precise automation allowing true collaboration with operators.  Thanks to the advanced sensor technology, the gripper gives the robot the ability to feel when the part has been mounted correctly.  Accurate sensing improves production quality by reducing defect rates in delicate pick-and-place processes.
